1. Agreement
AROMAHABITAT is merely a website that provides a platform to promote and facilitate the business between the seller and the buyer. This agreement is between AROMAHABITAT Website and anyone using or accessing AROMAHABITAT Website for any legitimate purpose. You undertake and agree that you have fully understood, read and accepted the terms and conditions of use of the AROMAHABITAT Website. You as a user may not access or use this website in any manner whatsoever in case you do not agree to the terms and conditions of use of this website.
2. User Registeration
Sellers who want to get registered on AROMAHABITAT Website must provide complete and authentic information as given in the registration form. In case of incomplete or incorrect information, the seller registration will be canceled. Sellers would be required to provide authentic and correct information at the time of telephonic verification. It will be the sole responsibility of the sellers to ensure that products with correct specifications are displayed on the website and products with correct specifications are supplied to the buyer. Certification regarding the quality of the product would be the sole responsibility of the seller. The seller would be responsible to give the certificate of quality to the buyer in case the buyer asks for the same. Irrelevant products trading will not be done on AROMAHABITAT nor will be displayed on the website. Any products, the sale and purchase of which is prohibited/restricted by Federal, State, or Local laws will neither be displayed nor sold through this website. It will be the sole responsibility of the seller to supply/deliver the item in good condition and quality to the buyer. Payment will be made directly to the seller by the buyer as per terms and conditions mutually agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. AROMAHABITAT will not be responsible in any manner as far as mutually agreed upon terms and conditions of payment between the buyer and the seller. AROMAHABITAT is a niche, vertical online marketplace therefore sellers can neither display nor sell any item that does not fall into the category of Aromatic Plants, Medicinal Plants, Essential oils and related products manufactured from Essential Oils, Fragrance and Flavors. Only Indian sellers operating their business within the geographical limits of India can register on this website. Sellers cannot sell their products to anyone outside the geographical limits of India. It will be the sole responsibility of the seller to check the veracity of the buyer before finalizing the deal. A sale contract is strictly a bipartite contract between the seller and the buyer and AROMAHABITAT is just an online platform for communication and interaction between the seller and the buyer hence cannot be a party to any transaction in any manner. Website is available for use to only those persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
3. Verification
BUYER gets an OTP on entering his mobile no. When a buyer or anyone accesses, browses, or uses the website then it indicates that he/she has agreed to the terms and conditions of use of the website. Website is available for use to only those persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872. Payment will be made by the buyer directly to the seller based upon mutually agreed upon terms and conditions of the payment. Every effort is made to check the veracity of the seller including the nature and quality of the product sold by the seller but AROMAHABITAT will not be responsible, in any manner, for any breach of any previously agreed upon terms and conditions between the buyer and the seller including the specifications and quality of the product. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that AROMAHABITAT is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to any transaction in any manner on the website. However, based on the complaint of the buyer, in case found genuine, the seller may be delisted from the website permanently.
4. Privacy Clause
